我國煤灰CLSM碳排放係數建立之探討
Study on the Establishment of Carbon Emission Factor for Controlled Low Strength Material Made of Coal Ash in Taiwan

摘要


考量國內外尚無煤灰CLSM碳排放係數之資料,本文乃提出已建立的係數供國內各界參用。本文之煤灰CLSM係由少量水泥與大量台電公司台中火力發電廠的煤灰所組成,為使此碳排放係數可廣泛適用於其他工程,故僅考量拌合階段所投入的原料與能源。經採用我國政府部門公告的數據或建立的資料庫,以及於預拌廠實地盤查的原料與能源使用量,得出多組不同配比的煤灰CLSM碳排放係數。試驗結果顯示,其碳排放係數最大值低於110 kgCO2e/m3,另因煤灰的碳排放係數為0,故煤灰CLSM99%以上的碳排放量來自於水泥用量,如採用適當配比的煤灰CLSM,可顯著降低工程的碳排放量。

Abstract


Due to the lack of global carbon emission factor associated with Controlled Low Strength Material made of coal ash (CA-CLSM), the paper presents the obtained factor as a public reference. Such a CA-CLSM consists of a little amount of cement and large of coal ash which comes from Taichung Thermal Power Plant of Taipower Company. The establishment of carbon emission factor only considers the input of materials and energy during mixing in order to possibly apply to most other constructions. Based on the published data from government in Taiwan and the input materials and energy by site inventory, the carbon emission factors of various mixtures has been established. The test results indicate the largest is less than 110 kgCO2e/m3. Because the carbon emission factor of coal ash is zero, more than 99% CO2 emission comes from the use of cement. Therefore, adequate application of CA-CLSM to constructions can significantly reduce carbon emission and keep good quality.
